Sweat

Over the last 25 days I have learned that a good workout with lots of sweat will make you feel better about life. 

Why is that?

  1. Agreed It always gets you in a good mental note… Look at what I accomplished and how much better I can take on the day!(but I need to remember to wear a Black shirt or something that doesn’t show the sweat rings so well) LOL!
